Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Succulents were very beautiful it's one large plant with mutilple really fresh looking succulents. The service was great, I called to ask question, they were very courteous. Overall a great experience! Will be using these guys again this same young lady we bought this for is getting married next month. Note to the shop" although it says the picture is an example it needs to be rewritten to let the purchaser know there will be only 1 item. I read it to mean they would get three different versions of what was pictured on the screenbut they may not be exact copies. All of us sending the plant were of the same mindset, we all thought she'd get 3 small pots. Updating the wording will avoid confusion or angry folks (we're just confused --------------- Florist Responded: Lisa, thank you so much for such sweet review.
