Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I've fallen in love with Floral Creations Florist! At least 4 bouquets / potted arrangements over the last 6mos, and they were all uniquely beautiful. The pictured "retirement" celebration bouquet received major ooohs & aaaahs from the party attendees. On the single occasion that I requested a slight customization -- a grave bouquet to commemorate what would've been my Mom's 100th birthday -- the florists were so accommodating, and captured my ideas perfectly. My siblings were pleased with the outcome, and I'd like to think that if my Mom peeked from heaven, she knew how much she's still loved and remembered. ---- Florist's Response: Sharon, We appreciate your continued support and beautiful review. This is the first time in many years that I have ordered flowers online for delivery and the flowers that are delivered look like what I ordered!
